This strategic role requires an individual with a robust background in electronic security management, including extensive experience in project management, purchasing, and operations.
The Role
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and execution of complex security projects, ensuring all aspects of the projects align with client needs and company standards.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of projects from the bidding phase to the deployment of security solutions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners, negotiating terms and managing procurement to meet project requirements.
- Work closely with project managers and other internal teams to forecast project needs, schedule tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
- Implement rigorous project review mechanisms to ensure ongoing alignment with client specifications and industry regulations.
- Oversee the training and development of team members to ensure a high level of competency and readiness for project challenges.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electronic security or a related field in a management role.
- Proven track record of successful project management in security technologies, particularly with large-scale and high-profile clients.
- Strong technical knowledge of current electronic security products and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives, government officials, and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep industry knowledge, possibly having worked with top competitors in the field, to effectively oversee large-scale security integration projects from design through implementation.
