Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage the daily operations of the design team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to the highest quality standards. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of architects, electrical designers, and drafters, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment between design objectives and project goals. Implement and refine design processes to enhance efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and improve overall team performance. Review and approve design plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Proactively monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the design team and other departments, including engineering, construction, and client relations. Oversee resource allocation, project scheduling, and budget management to ensure optimal project outcomes. Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural and electrical design, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team. Qualifications: Extensive experience as an Operations Manager, Design Manager, or a similar role within the architectural or electrical design field. In-depth knowledge of architectural and electrical design principles, practices, and relevant software. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Strong project management capabilities, with experience in handling multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
