We're looking for an Operations Corporate Support Manager-Back Office to join our ever-evolving LATAM Commercial team to help us unleash the potential of every business. What you'll own As an Operations Corporate Support Manager - Back Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation in the assigned market, ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with Worldpay team internal clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the Operations team's side of the internal client's relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight, and service delivery. Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for the Operations teams with other Worldpay internal teams (Product, Development, Commercial, Strategic Expansion, etc) as well as with external partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Operations team to support problem resolution and ensure the correct operation of the acquiring product. Provide an analysis on how issues or planned changes in the operation might impact other teams or external customers. Support Development and Product teams with planned change validations. Monitor the overall performance of the assigned product and market operation, identify issues, propose solutions, and improvement opportunities. Ensure the correct configuration of the clients in the system/platform. Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts. What you bring A strong aptitude to analyze and solve problems. The ability to have both an analytical and a 360° view of the status of our operation and how changes or issues might impact other teams or external customers. Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with other teams and external partners. Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Advanced level of verbal and written communication skills in English. Prior banking or finance-related experience is a plus.
