Job Description This is a remote position.
Role Name: Mental Health Practice Administrative Coordinator Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Flexibility: This schedule may require occasional adjustments.
If the workload is high on a particular day, the individual must ensure that all customer issues, scheduling, and leads are fully addressed before ending their workday.

Job Description We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic mental health practice.
In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of our practice's operations, managing crucial administrative functions that directly impact patient care and practice efficiency.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the mental health sector while utilizing your administrative expertise to support both clients and healthcare professionals.
