Job Description
This is a remote position.
Full-time (38 hours a week) Monday to Thursday : 8 am - 5 pm EST (9 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM PHT), includes 1 hr unpaid break
Friday : 8 am - 2 pm EST (9 : 00 PM - 3 : 00 AM PHT)

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our client's business operations, managing crucial processes that keep their supply chain running smoothly.
You'll work with state-of-the-art software systems including Gamma, WebJaguar, QuickBooks, and Excel to oversee inventory, create essential documents, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
This position offers a unique chance to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment, grow your expertise in wholesale distribution operations, and make a significant impact on the company's success.
Responsibilities Create and manage wholesale documents including sales orders, invoices, and bills of lading using multiple software systemsCoordinate with warehouses to process orders, manage pick lists, and ensure accurate inventory trackingEnter and reconcile data across various platforms, including retail stores' ordering systemsGenerate and send necessary documentation to customers and partnersCommunicate with freight forwarders to arrange truck pickups as neededMaintain accurate inventory records across multiple software systemsAssist in streamlining operational processes for improved efficiencyHandle confidential business information with discretion and professionalismRequirements Proven experience in B2B wholesale and distribution operationsProficiency in using multiple software systems, particularly in inventory and order managementStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentationExcellent organizational skills and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and aptitude for quickly learning new softwareStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamCommitment to process improvement and operational efficiencyExperience with Gamma, WebJaguar, and QuickBooks is a plusIndependent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locationsPermanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance job
