Team OverviewIn this role, you will oversee the North Latam operation by executing strategies in the cities we operate across Mexico.
Role ResponsibilitiesDesigning, testing, and implementing effective operational tactics aligned with each country's strategic objectives.Conducting data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational performance.Maintaining and updating essential tools, including dashboards, to support the team's smooth operations.Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Contributing to strategic projects.Role QualificationsYears of Experience: 1-2 years of proven success in fast-paced environments, with a focus on operations.Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, management, engineering, economics, or related).Preferred Industries: Experience in tech, consulting or operations management.Soft Skills: Demonstrates adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results.
Collaborates effectively and communicates clearly.Hard Skills:Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverages data and analytics to inform strategic choices and drive performance.Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and data analysis tools, including Pivot Tables.
