RESPONSIBILITIES Experience in establishing and operating automated report dissemination and notification systems utilizing existing Charter licensed tools. Assist the APS-PaaS team in the collection, processing and distribution of the data, information and knowledge necessary to coordinate service deployment into the company's private and public cloud infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process and technology. Establishment of an effective feedback plan for the tools used by the team. Ability to visualize and automate the execution of complex business processes. Perform data collection, analysis, and validation. Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization, working towards a goal of providing a robust self-service reporting capability. REQUIRED SKILLS Experience in application development, infrastructure definition/configuration, product ownership and data mastering tasks. Data processing tool experience (Oracle, Cognos, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Zoho, etc.). Python and SQL experience preferred. Experience with Jira, Remedy, SAP ALM or Rally (or comparable) required. Experience with Smartsheet, Lucidchart and Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
