As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing courier partnerships, optimizing last-mile logistics, and ensuring operational efficiency to contribute to the seamless functioning of delivery services.
Responsibilities Creating effective operational flows in courier acquisition, planning, support, and fleet and partner relations management Managing courier acquisition and relationships with courier companies Making data-driven decisions for more accurate, efficient, safe, and optimal warehouse and last-mile operations Monitoring key metrics for all courier companies Maximizing efficiency for all business procedures Ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards Qualifications Strong verbal and written communications skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with last mile and express logistics operations Good negotiating skills Ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of services and products Experience working with large data volumes Residence in Medellin About Us Yango is a leading international tech company that offers cutting-edge mobility and delivery services as a digital platform across more than 20 countries in Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
