Operation Administrative Assistant - Medellin

The Operations Administrative Assistant focuses on targeting all the admin work required by the Operations Team such as Payroll, ticket creation, forms, and any additional work that takes time away from the Operations Leaders' daily duties, which should focus on managing the operation.

Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to:
Review payments.Assist with the staffers' requests reporting issues or discrepancies with their paychecks.Ensure all novelties of assigned accounts are shared in the required timeframe.Audit and update the profiles for projected candidates before sharing them with the clients.Create communication lines with tools such as Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp.Manage escalations from the staffers regarding outages.Support the Operations Managers to keep internal documents updated.Assist with any special requests within their administrative reach as needed and support when other departments require the Operations department to be involved in their processes and/or projects.Minimum Requirements:
