Our last-mile team is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Onboarding Manager, who will be responsible for owning the end to end administrative onboarding process of partners that join Hub Delivery. You will lead a team of Onboarding supports and monitor partner progress through the funnel while focusing on best-in-class partner experience. This is an opportunity to be part of a new and quickly growing environment that is focused on improving the delivery experience for our customers in Urban and Rural areas of Spain.
The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and processes and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions to take action when are needed. Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations. The candidate will be comfortable in working by objectives.
Key job responsibilitiesOversee the administrative onboarding process of partners that join Hub Delivery, from application to launch.Monitor partner progress through the vetting and onboarding funnel.Work closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers, ensuring communications on partner pipeline and target achievement. Report pipeline status to internal Amazon stakeholders to give visibility on partner launch readiness.Design processes and mechanisms to increase efficiency of each stage of partner vetting and onboarding.Partner with internal teams to facilitate solutions on behalf of our partners to improve their experience.Design ways to automate vetting and processes and funnel management.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience in Sales/Business development or Account Management rolesRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentRelevant experience in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers, cross-functional teams and leadershipRelevant experience in connecting with partners and building relationshipsAdvanced proficiency in written and verbal in Spanish and EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience in working with CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, build customized reporting and provide routine performance updatesRelevant experience in meeting deadlines, managing multiple priorities and working independently in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
