This is a key role for the operation of the subsidiary with a wide range of responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be focused on employee and customer satisfaction.
He / She will strive to be creative in order to make Radware a good place to work and an easy vendor to deal with.The Office Manager reports to the Regional Director and interacts with various internal and external stakeholders.
This position offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
The position is office-based in Bogota (Uzaquen Area) with remote working flexibility.Office Manager Tasks:Manage all local suppliers: Landlord, telecoms, office equipment maintenance, transporters, insurance providers etc.Prepare information for payroll (commissions, expenses, vacation balance)Administrative onboarding of new employeesSales Admin Scope:Prepare Orders for processing by Radware HQ.Collection with customers and partners.Assist HR tasks Assist with customer queries related to ordering, shipping, invoicing, etc..Some CRM housekeeping tasks managing accounts, contacts, etc.
What you need: Fluency in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)Excellent communication skills both in writing and orally.
