About the Role The Office Administrator will be pivotal in streamlining administrative operations and coordinating logistics to enhance our supply chain efficiency. Reporting to the Marketing Manager in the US, you will ensure smooth administrative processes and effective coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and logistics partners to achieve timely delivery of products. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements. Support the company owner with calendar management and other administrative needs. Coordinate shipments and logistics with factories and ensure timely delivery. Maintain and track product samples, and manage documentation. Serve as the main contact for office management and external vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams to align shipping schedules with company timelines. Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and office operations. Experience & Software Proven experience in administrative and operational roles, handling office management, scheduling, and logistics. Familiarity with logistics or operations management, especially import/export processes and supply chain coordination. Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) or related industries is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing documentation and tracking shipments.
