Position Overview: The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our physical office spaces, fostering a productive and positive work environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and management skills, with a proven track record of effectively handling office operations and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Office Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our physical office spaces to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure the office is in top condition. Support renovations and construction of new office space. Team Management: Manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluation. Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence, respect, and team collaboration. Vendor and IT Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of services and supplies. Manage local IT vendors to ensure our technology infrastructure meets our operational needs and resolves issues promptly. Supply Management: Responsible for the procurement and inventory management of office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or productivity. Employee Experience: Organize and execute employee-related events and incentive trips to enhance team morale and culture. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to office operations and facilitate a supportive working environment. Project Support: Support internal operational projects as needed, providing logistical and administrative assistance to ensure project success. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally in office management or a similar role. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Strong leadership skills with experience managing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment. Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in vendor management and negotiation. Experience with IT infrastructure and vendor management is highly desirable. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
