The Office Manager will also provide executive support to 2 senior leaders in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of excellence in office management, with strong planning skills and business management principles, as well as experience with basic, though organized, financial tracking, planning, and expensing.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment, succeeding at office and events management, and providing thoughtful and enthusiastic support to a highly diverse team spread throughout the LAC region.  Who We Are  The CrossBoundary team is a unique group of people who are genuinely excited by the opportunity to make a difference in some of the most challenging and exciting markets in the world.
Team members come from diverse backgrounds but share several qualities: curiosity, humility, integrity, a drive for excellence, and a bias for action.  Who You Are   Excellent in written and verbal communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.  Proactive problem-solver and possesses a meticulous attention to detail.  Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.   Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.  Solid working knowledge of office processes, computer software (Microsoft Office Suite), electronic communications tools (Slack), and knowledge on expense platforms (Concur) and related processes.  Strong ability and dedication for driving office culture, maintaining a vibrant office environment.  Primary Responsibilities   Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple offices in the LAC region, ensuring all offices run smoothly.  Manage the procurement of office supplies including stationary, snacks, and refreshments, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and providing similar remote support for other offices.  Provide administrative support for senior leadership and teams, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and submitting work-related expenses for 2 senior leaders along with organizing documents.  Maintain accurate records and files for office expenses, contracts, and travel.  Facilitate and manage relevant local contracts, negotiate pricing, and oversee facility improvements as needed.  Oversee and manage the office operations budget for each of our LAC offices, ensuring cost efficiency.  Process office-related invoices and payments by working closely with our finance team and our local Colombian accountants to ensure proper budgeting and reporting.  Manage the coordination of travel arrangements, including facilitating booking flights, accommodations, and logistics for regional staff.  Liaise with IT teams to ensure all offices and local employees have necessary equipment and technology.  Troubleshoot basic IT issues locally and coordinate with Global IT support for more complex needs.  Organize social events and team activities to promote employee engagement and team cohesion.  Create a welcoming and inclusive office environment.  Think you have what it takes but are not sure you check every box?
