Role and Responsibilities The Office Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties for the CR Office and provides administrative support to all employees. This includes keeping the assets inventory and maintaining relationships with current and potential vendors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by HR or the General Manager. Performs general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, taking and distributing meeting minutes, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling appointments with internal and external parties, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing correspondence, and maintaining database records. Files documents into appropriate employee files. Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Supports the administrative part of the new hire process. Prepares new-employee files. Monitors office supplies inventory and places orders. Assists in vendor relationship management. Digitally manages inventory and creates inventory reports. Maintains a clean and organized office environment. Coordinates invoice routing and monitors payments to subcontractors and vendors. NECESSARY ATTRIBUTES: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficient in English, both verbally and in written communications. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to attend to competing priorities effectively and timely while prioritizing in a team environment. Comfortable working in a highly visible role. Attentive listener. Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed. QUALIFICATIONS: At least one year of related experience required. High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, sufficient for both internal and customer-facing communications. Proven ability to effectively manage and organize assigned tasks.
