The Profile
Who You Are :
- Odoo Expert : You've got solid experience in developing and customizing Odoo ERP systems, and you're comfortable with the full stack, from Python and JavaScript to HTML and CSS.
- People-Focused Developer : You're not just about the code you're about the people who use it. You have a knack for understanding user needs and translating them into systems that feel natural and intuitive.
- Front-End Savvy : You know how to make the back-end work seamlessly with the front-end, creating a customer-facing experience that's as smooth and inviting as our lighting solutions.
- Clear Communicator : Fluent in English,
you're able to explain complex technical concepts in a way that's easy for everyone to understand.
You're just as comfortable in a meeting with leadership as you are deep in the code.
- Problem Solver : When challenges arise, you see them as opportunities. You have a proven track record of troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing systems until they work just right.
- Project Leader : You're organized, reliable, and have experience leading projects from start to finish, ensuring they're completed on time and within budget.
