Your Key Responsibilities Verify patients' health insurance benefits. Post payments accurately across multiple office locations. Document basic insurance information in each patient's file for quick reference. Process and submit insurance claims daily. Resolve rejected claims promptly each day. Manage outstanding insurance claims, ensuring at least 90% remain in the "current" category. Provide requested information, such as x-rays, charting, narratives, and other documents for claim processing. Communicate with insurance companies to address payment delays, request additional information, or discuss denied treatment coverage.
