What You'll Enjoy in This Role Be part of our client's team as a bilingual Odontólogo , where you'll handle patient insurance verifications, manage data entry, and process dental claims with precision.
You'll work closely with insurance companies to resolve claims and ensure timely payments, contributing to a seamless, high-quality patient experience every day.
Position Type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST Location: Onsite in Bogotá/Medellín Your Key Responsibilities Verify patients' health insurance benefits.
Enter data using dental practice management software.
Post payments accurately across multiple office locations.
Document basic insurance information in each patient's file for quick reference.
Process and submit insurance claims daily.
Resolve rejected claims promptly each day.
Manage outstanding insurance claims, ensuring at least 90% remain in the "current" category.
Provide requested information, such as x-rays, charting, narratives, and other documents for claim processing.
Communicate with insurance companies to address payment delays, request additional information, or discuss denied treatment coverage.
