Nurse Manager

Main Role Responsible for managing, coordination, planning, review and assessment of all aspects of patient care on the unit (ER, OR/DR, NICU, ICU, HD, CTU and Ward). Ensures that all unit staffs are compliant in delivering patient care based on hospital standards. Responsibilities: Works collaboratively with Chief Nurse and Assistant Medical Director to improve and enhance care delivery through the evaluation, development and enhancement of policy and procedures. Manage the overall delivery of nursing services (ER, NICU, OR/DR, ICU, CTU) on patient care activities, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and consistent care and nursing staff complies with all relevant laws, regulations and standards. Guides the nursing staff in adhering to the code of ethics, institutional guidelines and mission and vision of the hospital. Ensures that all Nursing-related problems and concerns are addressed and documented promptly and properly. Exercise timely, if possible, anticipated recognition of pressing concerns so that these may be acted upon as early as possible.
