Position : Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location : 100% Remote (Latin America) Job Summary: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, engaging potential clients, and qualifying leads to ultimately contribute to the company's revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted prospecting strategies and campaigns.
Educate prospects on the benefits of our financial services and solutions.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions and maintain accurate records of prospecting activities.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified lead quotas.
Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
Participate in team meetings, training, and sales development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in the finance or financial services industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
