As an Appointment Setter / Call Caller, you'll be the vital link between our innovative medical services and patients seeking improved health and wellness. You'll manage a high volume of calls, expertly communicate our diverse range of treatments, and schedule appointments for various medical services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, particularly when interacting with seniors, and a talent for sales. You'll be instrumental in launching new campaigns and contributing to the practice's growth. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential patients, effectively communicating our services and value proposition Manage incoming calls and efficiently handle a backlog of callback requests Schedule appointments for chiropractic care, regenerative therapy, neuropathy treatments, and aesthetics Utilize CRM systems (Go High Level and Infusionsoft) to track patient interactions and maintain accurate records Adapt to a flexible scheduling system, prioritizing appointments based on practice guidelines Provide clear information about initial consultations and screenings without offering medical advice Assist with scheduling for new weight loss and regenerative medicine campaigns Potentially handle scheduling for personal injury cases Contribute to the practice's growth by meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets Requirements Excellent verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with senior populations Proven sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Experience using CRM systems, preferably Go High Level and / or Infusionsoft Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls Strong attention to detail and capacity to maintain accurate records Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Comfort with remote work and ability to maintain a quiet, professional home office environment Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new medical service campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr
