About This Opportunity As a New Customer Manager, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the excellence on the execution of the New Customer program in Ortho Channel. Reporting directly to CALA Sales Leader you will bring learnings and insights regarding all the steps of the program focusing on delivering a positive customer experience and driving growth by continually understanding business and customer needs. Job Description Responsible for the execution of the New Customer Journey in Ortho Channel through frequent alignment with cross-function stakeholders: Clinical Support, CommOps, Sales, Clinical Education among others. New Customer Program sales execution KPIs follow-up and analysis. New Customer NPS follow up and analysis. Strategy definition regarding leads. Provide constant information and data regarding the evolution of the NC journey to CALA Sales Director. Propose solutions based on customers feedback and business insights focused on reducing the number of inactive Doctors and the achievement of goals. Plan and execute sales strategy to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive growth. Collaborate with other sales teams to learn and guarantee the best results for CALA Region. Requirements Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or Dentistry bachelor's degree. 5 years of experience in the segment (experience in clinic and sales functions is preferred). Mobility to the city where the position is based. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills. Experienced in creating action plans.
