As a Network Planner, you are a leader who is willing to listen and encourage others by your actions. As a network planner, you will guarantee balance between demand and production for markets; communicate in effective and efficient ways supply and production risks in the supply chain. Mitigate risk using strategic techniques with short, medium, and long horizons. Responsible for achieving company metrics through inventory optimization using planning tools. What you'll be doing Elaborate and communicate tactical plans for short, medium, and long term balancing supply and demand through executive meetings with operational collaborators. Manage risks proactively through the entire supply chain (low coverage, risk partner concerns). Align transfer orders to supply demand using ERP systems according to market. Check and take actions for supply exceptions (cancellations, increases, decreases, and/or postponements). Collaborate with Manufacturing, Demand, W&D, Commercial, and Market execution teams to solve any supply issues. Support Network Planning Leader with information and critical issues for Global SIOP. Monitor supply chain performance, check and approve planning parameters, lead continuous improvement ideas. Responsible for Production Information for Finance and Budget activities. What you'll bring Completed University Education in Business Administration or Engineering Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Imported Planning, Finished goods planning, and inventory planning for different plants and countries in a global environment. Leadership and analytical thinking are essential for the role Experience tracking orders per country for manufacturing, inventories, and backorders Advanced Excel and excellent proficiency in English are required APICS certification is helpful Knowledge of planning tools is a must; familiarity with ERP software Conflict management skills and a passion for improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
