Responsibilities: The network expert team is part of the customer services group. As a Network Expert , you will act as an escalation point for NOC, customers, and the onboarding team for technical network issues. Ensure 24/7 availability of our network, handling day-to-day production network issues. Assist in incident response and support customers during network events and attacks. Work with network architects, engineering, and R&D on infrastructure improvements. Actively monitor, react, and troubleshoot system events and alerts. Investigate and resolve network-related issues. The position requires on-call duties. Requirements: Fluent in English. 3-5 years hands-on experience in implementing and troubleshooting complex TCP/IP technologies. Must have experience with strong routing and switching concepts – CCNP advantage. Must have experience with Cisco/Juniper routing and switching. Must have experience with routing protocols, BGP - a must. Knowledge of protocol, load balancer, and operating systems (Linux) – an advantage. Strong in Layers 3, 4, & 7. Good communication skills and experience working with customers – a must. Knowledge of security appliances (such as firewalls) and experience with Radware security and ADC products – significant advantage. Experience with scripting languages such as Python – advantage. Ability to collaborate, sync, and manage processes with other teams to achieve incident resolution. Multitasking and work under pressure.
