Responsibilities:Trouble ticket ownership within the repair ticket system.Provide 3rd level support for VoIP services routers, firewalls, and SD WAN platforms.Coordinate network repairs with appropriate vendors or specialists.Perform advanced troubleshooting on managed routers and firewalls such as CISCO, JUNIPER, FORTINET, and MERAKI.Troubleshoot SD WAN services including VELOCLOUD, BIGLEAF, and FORTINET GW.Handle advanced troubleshooting on carrier portals like 8X8, COREDIAL, and INTELEPEER.Resolve issues related to Internet Over Wireless services like BEC and CRADLEPOINT.Provide technical coaching and training to NOC Tier 1 & 2 technicians.Review trouble tickets advanced to Engineering Support for accuracy.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering roles.Proficiency with networking equipment from CISCO, JUNIPER, and FORTINET.Strong understanding of VoIP services and SD WAN technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills.Other Skills:Hard Skills:Network SecurityVPN TechnologiesSoft Skills:Communication SkillsTeam Leadership
