Currently, we are seeking a Netsuite Technical Lead to join our team.

Team Leadership and Development: 1.
Provide strategic and technical leadership to a team of developers.

Mentor team members to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Establish and enforce coding, documentation, and quality standards.

Development Oversight: 1.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence frameworks and custom reporting solutions.

Guide the customization and integration of NetSuite applications, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
3.
Architect and implement advanced data models, ETL pipelines, and integrations to meet customer and organizational needs.
4.
Guide customization and optimization of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.

Collaboration and Alignment: 1.
Partner with Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment between development efforts and business objectives.

Act as a technical advisor to resolve complex challenges and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with vendors and partners to expand capabilities and integrations.
4.
Process Improvement and Optimization: 1.
Champion agile methodologies and contribute to refining development processes.
2.
Monitor and optimize system performance through proactive testing and debugging.
3.
Lead retrospectives and implement feedback to improve workflows and practices.
5.
Technical Contributions: 1.
Oversee and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability.

Develop advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to client requirements.
3.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess: 1.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2.
8+ years of experience in business intelligence, NetSuite/ERP development, or related technical fields.
3.
Strong expertise in SQL, SuiteScript, ETL processes, and advanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
4.
Proficiency in Azure cloud services; experience with other cloud platforms is a plus.
5.
Proven success in managing and mentoring technical teams.
6.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
7.
Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Skills (Good to have): 1.
Certifications such as NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II or Microsoft DA-100.
2.
Familiarity with advanced revenue management, financial reporting, or order-to-cash processes.
3.
Experience with agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
4.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs, data governance, and security practices.
