Responsibilities What We Are Looking For To ensure high availability, the .NET Technical Lead will be responsible for designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
This role also involves supporting web-based application development and maintenance, focusing on enhancing our software engineering capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in web application development, including proficiency in both .NET and React.
Qualifications We Are Looking For BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Significant experience in leading and mentoring a team.
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a senior development role with a strong background in .NET (C#, ASP.NET) and modern React frameworks.
Experience with Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, and implementing and maintaining Windows Services.
Extensive experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern front-end frameworks, including React.
Excellent knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Solid understanding of object-oriented principles and N-tier architectures.
Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful web services and building web applications from the ground up.
Experience converting business requirements into technical design documents.
Ability to write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) practices, test-driven development, test automation, and continuous delivery.
Demonstrated success in applying design patterns and software engineering best practices.
Preferred Skills Experience with Angular 2+.
Knowledge of or working experience with CI/CD pipelines, including technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, or Concourse.
