Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Execution Develop, lead, and optimize the DTC marketing strategy to drive revenue, brand growth, and customer loyalty. Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies across digital platforms, including paid social, paid search, display, and email. Brand Development and Positioning Maintain and evolve Karma and Luck's brand identity to deepen market differentiation and emotional connection with customers. Create compelling brand campaigns that reflect Karma and Luck's values, elevate its story, and resonate across digital and retail channels. Digital and E-commerce Growth Lead the strategy for driving e-commerce revenue through SEO, SEM, content marketing, and website optimization. Partner with the product and e-commerce teams to enhance the online shopping experience and improve conversion rates. Data-Driven Optimization Analyze marketing performance, identify key metrics, and implement insights to optimize budget allocation and campaign effectiveness. Utilize customer data and analytics to refine targeting strategies, improve customer segmentation, and personalize marketing initiatives. Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and customer journey. Provide thought leadership and mentoring to the marketing team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Market Research and Trends Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Drive ongoing customer insights and feedback to inform strategy and product development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in DTC marketing, with a track record of driving growth in a lifestyle or wellness brand. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM), and e-commerce platforms. Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, brand building, and performance marketing. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
