We're looking to hire an experienced TA Partner to serve as a business partner to cross-functional business leaders to drive the continued growth of our Engineering & Product teams.

You will be part of a global TA team and will participate in a number of different projects as we continue to build out our talent infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

- Manage fullcycle recruiting processes for positions up to Director level

- Partner and develop strong relationships with stakeholders to provide consultation on all aspects of the hiring process, continually analyzing and improving
- Identify potential future employees using a variety of sourcing tools
- Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a full lifecycle talent acquisition professional with a track record of successful delivery within product development

- Experience in executing hires for Engineering & Product functions (ideally from a software company or broader tech organization) utilizing ATS & CRM systems
- Highly effective prioritizer, able to achieve desired outcomes in an environment of competing priorities
- Strong analytical skills fluent in the use of metrics and delivery of actionable insights
- High levels of cultural awareness and agility to move seamlessly between various environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
