Overview of the role: The National Manager for Motorcycles, Marine, and Power Products is responsible for driving the overall growth, sales, and revenue of Honda's divisions across the country. This role involves strategic leadership, operational management, and effective collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure market penetration, competitive positioning, and sustainable business development. What you will do: Develop and implement the national sales strategy for Motorcycles, Marine, and Power Products, focusing on B2C and B2B markets. Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for both B2C and B2B sales, and monitor performance to ensure achievement of goals. Oversee and drive sales operations across all regions to ensure maximum market penetration and revenue growth. Lead the Sales Manager and team in building strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities, including fleet sales, commercial partnerships, and institutional deals. Work closely with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support product sales. Lead and mentor the Sales & Aftersales Managers, ensuring alignment with sales, service & parts objectives. Ensure the sales executives and technicians receive the necessary training, support, and guidance. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Ensure seamless operational coordination between sales teams, supply chain, and after-sales service. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of products. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Develop and manage budgets for the division, ensuring cost-effective operations. Regularly review financial performance and profitability, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and operational activities. Maintain relationships with key external stakeholders. Prepare regular sales reports, market analyses, and business performance updates. Utilize sales data and key performance metrics to assess progress and make informed decisions. Required skills to be successful: Experience in product management or sales within the automotive industry. Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the motorcycle, marine, and power products market. Analytical skills.
