Country: Colombia Highest Level of Education: Bachelor's Work Experience: 7-10 years Job Description Panagora Group is a woman-owned small business specializing in global health and international development, that provides Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services to the United States Agency for International Development in Colombia-USAID/Colombia, through different contracts signed with the Mission for the execution of activities. Within the framework of its contractual responsibilities, Panagora provides the Mission with technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and allow USAID/Colombia to comply with USAID's Evaluation Policy and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201. Panagora is seeking a Monitoring Analyst to support the Monitoring Component in its efforts to standardize and comply with USAID quality standards (ADS 201) in monitoring processes for the Mission and its implementers, support the design, dissemination, and implementation of new monitoring methodologies for USAID/Colombia, and in the development and implementation of guidelines and protocols to standardize best monitoring practices. Responsibilities: Support the Monitoring Component in the development and implementation of guidelines and protocols to standardize best monitoring practices. Support the Monitoring Component in the development of different types of analysis based on USAID/Colombia performance indicators and their implementers. Support follow-up activities with USAID/Colombia implementers. Support Data Quality Assessments (DQA) required by USAID/Colombia. Ensure the quality of MEL Activity products. Support in the monitoring, reporting and analysis of Mission performance indicators. Support and follow up on all activities under the Monitoring Component as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Economic, Social or Administrative Sciences or related fields. Minimum five (5) years of work experience in project design, management, follow-up, monitoring, and evaluation. Three (3) years of specific experience in monitoring processes, indicator design and reporting, data collection and analysis processes, and data quality standardization and improvement processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office service platforms, especially Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Gmail. Familiarity with and knowledge of USAID regulations (ADS 201). Specific experience in monitoring processes of activities financed by USAID/Colombia.
