We are looking for a Middle/Senior Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Create detailed project plans and ensure timely execution.
Collaborate with clients, team members, and key stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver project updates.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and ensure high productivity and collaboration across all project phases.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, providing regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements : 3-5+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or Trello for tracking progress and managing tasks.
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks, with the ability to adapt to the project's needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
