What you will do Develop and implement change management strategies; Assess and manage the impact of changes on people, processes, and systems; Facilitate communication, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption of new practices or technologies; Minimize resistance and address concerns from employees and stakeholders; Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed. Must haves 3+ years of experience in program and change management. Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR). Strong stakeholder management. In-depth knowledge of Asana. Project Management Expertise. Data Analysis skills. Experience using Slack, Google Workspaces and Jira; Upper-intermediate English level.
