What you will do Conducting thorough manual testing of web applications to identify bugs and issues; Collaborating with the development team to understand feature requirements and ensure quality standards are met; Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases; Tracking defects and working closely with developers to ensure they are addressed; Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes and attending all relevant meetings; Ensuring the final product meets client expectations and adheres to specified requirements; Assisting in the preparation of reports on testing phases and defects; Ensure accuracy of platform calculations using Python and SQL; Develop and implement automated tests integrated with Azure Test Plans; Conduct production deployment regression tests and test planning; Support the existing team with additional QA activities. Must haves 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications; Familiarity with SQL and Python; Experience working with Azure Cloud; Candidates should be able to meet the HIPAA requirements; The candidate should work in the EST timezone; Proficient in creating detailed test plans and test cases; Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, etc.); Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Experience in working with issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA); Good understanding of web technologies and software QA methodologies, tools, and processes; Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively; Excellent collaborative and communication skills; Good spoken and written English.
