Must haves
Understanding of software development life cycle and PM practices
Hands-on Project Management / Scrum Master experience (3-6 years) working with developers, product managers, engineering teams including leadership
Agile mindset, mainly under the Scrum framework,
Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and values
Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left
Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Follow PMO guidelines for scrum ceremonies and reporting.
Support and education, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
The desire and motivation to follow new technologies, trends, and best practices
Advanced / Upper-Intermediate English
Nice to haves
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP), or other PM and Agile-related certifications
Previous experience as a Business Analyst and / or QA
Development experience and engineering background are a big plus
People management experience mentoring technical team members
