Currently, we are seeking a Business Analyst with Data Projects Experience to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: What You Will Be Doing Review and analyze the data roadmap of each department to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Utilize SQL in Snowflake to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support decision-making processes. Create and manage tasks for data engineers in Jira based on the analyses and project requirements. Implement and manage Kanban boards to oversee workload and ensure efficient project flow. Coordinate with data engineers to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to align objectives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes and strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet changing business needs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and project management. Required Skills & Experience Data projects expertise. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data-driven environment. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake for data querying and analysis. Experience with Jira for task creation and project management. Familiarity with Kanban methodology and experience implementing it in project workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in workload management and resource planning. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
