About the Role: We are looking for a talented Mid Senior Backend Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications, as well as providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members. You will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and design software solutions that meet business needs. Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient C# codebase for our software applications. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor and coach junior developers, and actively contribute to their professional growth and development. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of software defects. Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables. You have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in C# development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Proficiency in .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies. Solid understanding of database design and SQL programming, with experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within specified timelines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
