As a Microsoft Presales Solutions Engineer at Cintra, you will leverage your expertise to support our sales efforts by crafting and positioning Microsoft-based solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
You will play a pivotal role in leading technical discussions, designing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery.
Your ability to engage with senior stakeholders and provide high-value technical guidance will be key to your success in this role.
What you will be doing: • Provide technical presales support to the sales team by identifying customer needs, designing Microsoft-based solutions, and guiding the sales process with technical expertise.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, offering technical support, and ensuring alignment between their requirements and our Microsoft solutions.
• Opportunity Qualification: Assess and qualify new opportunities, conducting technical discovery and evaluations of customers' current states.
• Develop and design tailored Microsoft solutions that meet customer requirements, including solution architecture and integration.
• Assist in the creation of detailed proposals, including solution design, pricing, and technical documentation.
• Lead presentations and demonstrations of Microsoft solutions to customers, showcasing the benefits and capabilities relevant to their needs.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions, addressing any technical challenges that arise.
• Mentor team members and provide training on cloud database technologies and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying them to improve our database solutions.
What You Should Have: • Fluent in English.
• Minimum of 3 years in a dedicated presales role, with a strong background in designing and implementing SQL Server and Windows Servers.
• Strong experience in migrating SQL Server databases to major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proven experience working in presales situations • Proficient in SQL, PowerShell and database scripting Great To Have: • An understanding of tools used for assessing cloud readiness for MS SQL databases (eg.
Cloudamize, Migration Evaluator, Movere) • An understanding of vendor programs for assessing cloud readiness for MS SQL databases (eg.
Azure Foundations Assessment (AFA), AWS Optimization & Licensing Assessment (OLA) • Experience with other database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
