We're looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 System Administrator to join our team! You'll be the go-to person for everything related to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it runs smoothly, securely, and supports the needs of our business. You'll be working closely with both technical and business teams to make sure the platform is meeting our evolving goals. Working REMOTELY from any part of LATAM . Requirements 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration . Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high availability and performance. Experience with the design and development of workflows, forms, and reports within Dynamics 365. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Knowledge of SQL and database management as it relates to Dynamics 365. Advanced English . Main Activities Take charge of administering and configuring our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring it integrates well with other systems we use. Keep things running smoothly by ensuring system performance, uptime, and security. Build and customize workflows, forms, and reports to match our unique business processes and enhance system functionality. Work closely with other teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions in Dynamics 365. Stay on top of system upgrades and new releases, ensuring they go smoothly and don't disrupt our operations. Ensure data accuracy and reliability across the platform, especially in key areas like finance, marketing, and operations. Maintain documentation that's easy to understand, from design specs to user guides. Be part of the entire project lifecycle—planning, design, testing, and implementation. Education Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
