Responsibilities: Manage multiple medium and/or large complexity projects, a large project function end to end. Create or gain approval for project initiation documents, delivery approach, project success criteria, and support internal program review. Deliver projects within the agreed budget, scope, and time, managing risks and issues, ensuring quality of deliverables and documents, implementing appropriate delivery methods, and facilitating workshops and meetings. Create and execute communication plans, facilitate meetings and forums, and establish project infrastructure for information sharing. Create or input into project budget and resource forecasts, track project delivery to budget, and resolve issues and changes with the account lead. Contribute to initiatives that benefit the Delivery practice or CSG improvement and mentor other project managers. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Telecommunications. 3-5 years of project management experience in managing large implementation and execution of software delivery projects. PMP certification. Background in IT/Telecommunications industry. Knowledge and experience in agile methodology would be an added advantage. In-depth understanding of customer needs and the general impact of changes in the business environment and industry trends. Ability to understand and anticipate the client's needs and provide consultancy as required. Ability to execute project plans and implementation plans simultaneously. Specialized project management skills to plan, monitor, and track projects to meet the target KPIs. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose complex problems.
