**PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME/CV IN ENGLISH** About the role: We are seeking a proactive Meeting Setter to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on re-engaging potential business owners from our lead database and setting up Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs). Your key responsibility will be driving engagement with leads through targeted outreach across various channels. You'll play a crucial role in connecting with digital business owners who have previously shown interest in our services and setting the stage for further sales discussions. Additionally, you will support the team with special projects aimed at driving growth. As a Meeting Setter, your responsibilities will include: Conducting daily outreach via calls, emails, and texts to leads from the company's historical pipeline with the goal of setting Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs). Making 100+ outreach attempts each day, aiming to set at least 10 qualified meetings per week. Identifying and qualifying leads that align with the company's ideal customer profile and demonstrate interest in our services. Assisting with special projects involving outreach campaigns and market research to support team goals. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and followed up on. Keeping detailed and organized records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools like HubSpot. Participating in regular team meetings to review performance, share updates, and receive coaching. To succeed in this role, you will need: A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in high-volume outreach using multiple communication channels (phone, email, text). Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, for tracking and managing leads. Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on follow-through. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity. Success Metrics: Setting a minimum of 10 Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) each week. Meeting or exceeding daily and weekly outreach targets (calls, emails, and texts).
