Job Description: Answer and manage incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, surgeries, or medical consultations.
Maintain patient records and update them in the medical practice software.
Provide patients with information on services, fees, and appointment details.
Handle billing inquiries and process payments.
Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.
Manage email correspondence and handle administrative paperwork.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy laws.
Assist in managing medical office inventory and supplies.
Perform other administrative duties as required by the healthcare practice.
Requirements Has experience in using E-clinical Candidates should be a Registered Nurse Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role.
Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and billing practices.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in medical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
