Medical Researcher - Alzheimer's Disease Clinical Research As a Medical Researcher, you will support clinical research efforts, assist in trial design and data collection, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team of senior researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their expertise in clinical research within the neurodegenerative disease field. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials focusing on Alzheimer's disease. Support data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of clinical trial data. Work with senior researchers to draft reports, research papers, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., statisticians, neurologists, and clinical coordinators) to ensure smooth project workflows. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. Help maintain research records, databases, and other documentation. Stay updated on relevant Alzheimer's disease research and developments in the field. Qualifications: Medical Doctor with a strong interest in clinical research and neurodegenerative diseases. Additional training or coursework in Epidemiology is required. 1-3 years of experience in clinical research or relevant medical practice (experience with Alzheimer's or neurodegenerative diseases is a plus). Familiarity with clinical trial design and data collection. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in handling clinical data. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience or coursework related to Alzheimer's disease or neurodegenerative disorders. Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical trials (e.g., FDA, Health Canada, INVIMA). Proficiency with research databases and statistical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R, or similar).
