Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Maryland Time With 1 hour unpaid break in between Client location or time zone:   Maryland, USA  Company/client overview:   The client is a growing medical practice helping patients get the care they need.

Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments that meet patient needs Take thorough messages and communicate them properly to medical staff Help manage medical records Maintain organized systems for appointments, patient info, etc.
