Job Description We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Administrative Assistant to play a crucial role in our expanding practice.
In this position, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, managing vital communications and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communications, expertly managing both email and phone interactions using state-of-the-art RingCentral softwareProactively follow up on patient inquiries, efficiently gathering and organizing essential information to ensure comprehensive patient careCollaborate with our medical team to streamline administrative processes, including assisting with medical billing tasks and handling insurance-related queriesProvide high-level personal assistant support to practice management, contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the practiceUphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security, ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations in all aspects of your workContribute creative ideas and insights to improve practice operations and patient experience, playing an active role in our continuous improvement effortsRequirements Strong foundation in medical knowledge, particularly in administrative processes and healthcare operationsExceptional computer skills with proficiency in various software applications and a quick ability to learn new technologiesOutstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, empathetic patient interactionsExperience with or enthusiasm to master RingCentral software and other healthcare-specific technologiesFamiliarity with medical billing processes is a plus, but we're willing to provide training for the right candidateHIPAA certification or a strong willingness to obtain it promptly (we'll support your certification process)Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote settingAdaptability and a growth mindset, ready to evolve with our expanding practice and take on new challengesPassion for healthcare and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on patients' livesJoin our team and be part of a healthcare revolution!
