This role sits within the Emerging Markets Medical Content Hub and is responsible for agile development of high-quality, fit for purpose content to support scientific dialogue that protects patient health, safety and outcomes. Provides healthcare professionals and patients with high quality, relevant, timely and fair-balanced information to guarantee that informed decisions are made to drive the best possible patient care. This regional role will ensure medical accuracy of content and alignment to global and local guidance and regulations, and that the final material is appropriate for use with the intended target audience. Responsibilities: Content Development: Act as the medical signatory for promotional and non-promotional materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and legal/regulatory compliance while implementing an omnichannel strategy. Scientific & Product Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in multiple therapeutic areas and GSK products, including clinical studies and product market positioning. Understand risk/benefit profiles and product strategies. Understand clinical study results effectively. Medical Governance: Develop local and regional materials in line with regional/local regulations. Collaborate with Commercial teams to ensure compliance with GSK standards. Lead and conduct Management Monitoring activities, CAPA development and follow up. Operational Excellence: Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Lead complex cross-functional projects and interactions with senior stakeholders. Effective Communication: Build strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders. Foster effective networking and collaboration for achieving business results. Tailor communication to diverse audiences. Business Skills: Independently handle daily tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Strong partnership with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, commercial, regulatory affairs, and digital. Strong business mindset and ability to balance cross-functional objectives. Ability to translate complex situations into simple messages. People Management: Train and coach others in the content development process for multiple therapeutic areas. May serve as the delegated person for the Regional Medical Content Hub Head. Potential oversight of direct reports. Qualifications: Proficient in both English and the local language. Sound medical knowledge in basic sciences and expertise in disease areas including infectious diseases, respiratory conditions, vaccine-preventable illnesses, and oncology. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Highly resilient with a demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly. Why GSK?
