Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for working with clients to develop media strategies and plans that will help them achieve their marketing objectives.

You will collaborate with other team members to analyze data, research consumer behavior, and identify trends to make informed decisions about media placement.

KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage budget and flighting updates in Lumina and Media Tools
- Provide updates for all recurring budgeting needs
- QA and update flowcharts and budget documents with accuracy.
- Support strategy team with reach and frequency deliveries using Tardiis / NMI
- Provide audience and consumer insight data from syndicated tools like MRI and GWI

- Provide monthly global tracking updates for internal review and submission
- Support in building charts and slides for client presentations
- Help manage monthly competitive insight reporting and chart refreshes using data provided by competitive analyst
- Review monthly billing against budget documents and flag discrepancies with strategy and investment leads
- Update weekly TV goals based on the latest budget and flighting for submission to the National Video team update weekly media highlights, coordinate updates with investment teams, and prepare client-ready slides for issuance

Qualifications

- Articulation and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail
- Process orientation and the ability to define and set up processes
- Bachelor's Degree (i.e., BA, BS, etc.)
- Ideally at least 1-2 years of experience in the Media and Planning field
- English Level B2+ or Higher (is a must)

- MS Excel functions (Intermediate / Advanced)
- Knowledge of Media Tools, Data Studio, Camping Manager, Power BI (Desired)
- Good understanding of planning campaigns across the various mechanisms, channels, and buying models
