We are seeking a Media Planner responsible for developing, implementing, and managing media strategies to effectively reach target audiences across various channels. This role involves researching and analyzing market data to identify optimal media outlets, assessing campaign performance, and making data-driven adjustments to maximize reach and engagement. This position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of digital and traditional media platforms, and the ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines. Qualifications 3+ years experience in an agency, tech startup, marketing, integrated marketing communications, or media sales role. Graduate of a Bachelor's, Master's, or Associate's degree program focused on Business, Communication, Marketing, and Market Research fields. Advanced English Level Proven experience as a Media Planner or Digital Campaign Management; experience in digital media is preferred. Broad knowledge of media channels. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work within large sets of data and numbers. Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying. Responsibilities: Execute self-service platform campaign buys with training (eg. Google, Facebook, etc.). You will collect and analyze information about different digital media channels, with regards to consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends and the impact of different methods. Demonstrate knowledge of media planning process to support Media Planner and Supervisor across a multitude of client deliverables. Research and coordinate with team to determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns. Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans and more. Develop briefs, frameworks, client reports, and key agency documentation under guidance of senior staff. Coordinate with Media Ops Team.
