About The Team/role We are looking for an Integrated Media Manager, a self-motivated, smart and agile individual who wants to take their media career to the next level joining our media team at DiDi to plan, execute and measure effective cross channel media strategies focused on building Rides, Food and Fintech top of mind in Latam. Creating, executing and measuring innovative and effective multi-channel media strategies that exceed target goals. Experiencing in multimedia strategy, digital + offline campaigns, media and lifestyle trends and their impact to the business to input media effectiveness. Main goal: Brand Awareness, Brand Building. Responsible to lead media agencies and digital in-house team, win-win collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships to maintain the role as trusted media advisor and work closely with other functional areas to co-achieve results. Experiencing working closely with large scale media partners and procurement teams to create negotiation strategies and deliver media rates efficiencies short and medium term for Spanish speaking markets in Latam. Conducting market analysis to identify key opportunities or threats. Continuously seek and analyze media innovation opportunities to improve brand OKRs and business metrics. Measuring and manage impact of marketing activity on the customer lifecycle. Track, measure and communicate agency post-buy reports to find optimization opportunities and grant efficiency of the media strategies. Experiencing working closely with BI and Data analytics teams to input data driven campaigns and measure media effectiveness throughout the funnel / campaign stages. Juggling successfully multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders in a fast, culturally diverse and lean work environment. Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative. Ownership. We are eager to be in touch with you because you have a total advertising and media experience: +6 years of experience in media strategy, planning, buying and measuring effectiveness, working in partnership with large agency teams. Media planning experience: mainly digital + offline. Leading direct offline and digital media buying and optimization. Media agency experience: 5 years minimum. Client | In-house experience: 1-2 years experience. Spanish and English proficiency or fluency. Bachelor degree or equivalent (Marketing, Communication, Business administration, Advertising). Ability to work 6-8 hrs at least 5 days per week. Understanding of macro economic, socio-cultural relevance and sociopolitical environment as a variable of marketing. Understanding of media trends and new platforms usage across markets (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile). A highly analytical individual who understands the use of data for making business decisions, up to date with state of the art measurement tools, online and offline tracking methodologies. Project management skills to effectively manage and communicate across teams, and timeliness of deliverables while tracking success. Preferred Qualifications: Media planning experience in Latam, mainly in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina. Category experience: Ride hailing, Food delivery, Tech, Finance, CPG, Travel. Exceptional analytical and communication skills. Advanced skills on Excel, Drive, PowerPoint and Monday. Advanced stakeholder management, outgoing personality. Skill set: Strong attention to detail, strong analytical and critical skills, teamwork, quick learner, service attitude, accountable, integrity, highly organized, efficient, excel under pressure, empathy, leadership, proactive, stakeholder management.
