Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Media and Marketing Director (MMD)
to lead marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence. This is a new role, offering a unique opportunity to create and drive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and managing a small marketing team. Experience with social media growth, digital ads, and strategic planning are key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at increasing revenue and brand visibility.
- Create engaging content and oversee the growth of social media accounts across various platforms.
- Lead and manage a small team of marketing professionals, ensuring the success of marketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to optimize performance.
- Use tools like Canva for content creation, focusing on high-quality visuals for the brand.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive communication and brand alignment across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing and social media growth strategies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads (bonus if experienced).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage marketing campaigns from the ground up.
- Leadership experience in managing and directing a small marketing team.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting to drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience driving enrollment/revenue through strategic marketing efforts.
- Background in creating general marketing plans and content for specific markets.
- Familiarity with leading digital marketing initiatives to enhance online visibility.
